Joseph’s approach to treatment is rooted in the belief that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected and that massage therapy can help balance and restore the body’s natural harmony. He focuses on deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage but also incorporates other modalities into his treatments as needed. He is committed to creating a positive and welcoming experience for his clients and values building strong relationships with them. He strives to create a calm and peaceful environment for his clients, using soothing music and comfortable massage tables to help them relax and unwind. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines and travelling to different parts of the world. He believes that travelling and experiencing other cultures can broaden one’s perspective and lead to personal growth, which he incorporates into his approach to massage therapy. Jasleen graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master’s in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with distinction. She has clinical experience with a variety of conditions in both public and private settings. Jasleen offers a one-on-one treatment approach which includes manual therapy, exercise, and education to address both pain and function. She is also certified in IMS (dry needling).

I was raised in Abbotsford since moving from the Philippines when I was 6 years old. I am proud to call this community home after all these years. Sports has been a big part of my life and I wanted to continue with that connection with sports as I got older. I have played football for almost 21 years and counting. Ranging from high school to the Canadian Junior Football League to now touch football on weekends. I also play tennis and have recently picked cycling as a new hobby. Having been in sports for so many years I have met a lot of Chiropractors. That is why I made the decision to become a Chiropractor. I graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with my Bachelor of Kinesiology and then went to the University of Western States in Portland where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science as well as my Doctor of Chiropractic.
As a chiropractor I look at the body as a whole. We have always been told that everything is connected, and that statement definitely is true. I work a lot of the soft tissues the move our body as well as adjusting the many bones that hold our body together. I use many techniques to work on soft tissues such as Cupping, Pin and stretching, and massage. I can adjust the spine or other parts of the body manually or mobilize the joints depending on patient preference.
