Sushmeet incorporates a variety of Swedish and deep tissue techniques into her treatments, including myofascial release and trigger point therapy. She adjusts her approach based on each patient’s needs, whether they are experiencing muscle tension and soreness, recovering from physical strain, or simply looking to maintain their mobility and overall wellness.

These experiences helped shape his interest in using massage therapy to improve movement, comfort, and quality of life.
His treatments may incorporate Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point release, hot stone massage, and joint mobilizations. Rather than following a set routine, Andy adapts his techniques based on what he finds during treatment and what the patient hopes to achieve.
Andy also places importance on helping patients understand what may be contributing to their discomfort. By combining hands-on treatment with education, he encourages patients to take an active role in maintaining their mobility and physical well-being.
From injury rehabilitation and prevention to general maintenance and muscle tension, Andy’s focus is on helping patients move with greater ease and get back to the activities that matter to them.

Dr. Fez is a results-focused Chiropractor whose treatment philosophy is built around a simple principle: “No Pain, MORE Gain.” He takes a whole-body approach to care, looking beyond the location of symptoms to understand how movement patterns, compensation, and dysfunction elsewhere in the body may be contributing to a patient’s concerns.
His approach combines precise chiropractic adjustments with functional movement and rehabilitation strategies designed to improve mobility, reinforce healthy movement patterns, and help reduce the likelihood of recurring injuries. Rather than focusing solely on short-term symptom relief, Dr. Fez aims to address contributing factors and help patients build stronger, more resilient bodies.
Dr. Fez works with patients across all stages of life, from infants and young athletes to active adults and seniors. In addition to full-spine chiropractic care, he has a particular clinical interest in TMJ and orofacial pain, as well as shoulder, knee, and ankle conditions. He enjoys working with complex cases, including patients who continue to experience symptoms despite trying other treatment approaches.
His background in rehabilitation and movement began with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Physiology from Simon Fraser University (SFU). He then spent four years working as a Kinesiologist in a physiotherapy setting while operating his own rehabilitation business, Kinex Active Rehab. Looking to further expand his clinical expertise, he went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota.
Dr. Fez has extensive education and experience in strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and exercise science, including previous training through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
