Dr. Pezhman (PJ) Azad
Dr. Pezhman “PJ” Azad brings more than two decades of medical experience and a unique combination of conventional and naturopathic medicine to his practice. He completed seven years of medical education in Iran and went on to practise as a Family Physician for 12 years, working in both hospital and clinical settings.
His experience in conventional medicine gave him a strong foundation in the assessment and management of a wide range of health concerns. It also sparked a growing interest in preventive care, chronic health conditions, and a more integrative approach to patient health. After coming to Canada, Dr. Azad continued his education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), where he earned his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree. He is now a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in British Columbia.
Drawing on his background in both conventional and naturopathic medicine, Dr. Azad takes a comprehensive approach to patient care. He takes the time to understand each patient’s medical history and health goals and may incorporate physical assessment and laboratory testing when appropriate to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Dr. Azad has worked with thousands of patients throughout his career and has developed particular interests in cosmetic procedures, weight management, and pain management. His medical background and attention to detail are especially valuable in his cosmetic practice, where his approach focuses on achieving natural-looking results while maintaining each patient’s individual features.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Azad serves as a Faculty Clinic Supervisor at CCNM – Boucher and has contributed to the profession through committee involvement with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC), including work related to quality assurance and inquiry.
Dr. Azad’s approach is centred on bringing together his experience in Western medicine with naturopathic and preventive care. Kanika Gandhi
Kanika brings over 12 years of physiotherapy experience, with a strong clinical background in musculoskeletal injuries, workplace injuries, and injuries related to motor vehicle accidents.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy. Her advanced training also includes certification in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), along with specialized training in concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation.
Kanika’s sports physiotherapy background has shaped an approach that focuses on restoring movement and function while addressing the factors that may contribute to recurring symptoms or difficulty returning to activity. Treatment is adapted according to the patient’s condition, physical demands, and stage of recovery.
Her experience with concussion and vestibular conditions also allows her to work with patients experiencing symptoms such as dizziness, balance difficulties, and other challenges that can occur following injury.

Jasleen Jhajj
Dr. Gurjyot Kailey
Dr. Gurjyot Kailey is a Chiropractor at Revive Rehab with a strong interest in functional movement, athletic performance, and active rehabilitation. Originally from Burnaby, BC, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Gurjyot enjoys working with both athletic and general populations. His approach is particularly well suited to individuals who want to remain active—whether that means returning to competitive sport, getting back into the gym, recovering from an injury, or simply moving more comfortably in everyday life.
His clinical interests include neck and lower back pain, shoulder and hip dysfunction, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, and postural concerns. Depending on the patient and condition, care may incorporate joint manipulation and mobilization, functional exercise, soft tissue therapy, shockwave therapy, laser therapy, ultrasound, IASTM, and rehabilitation exercises.
Gurjyot places a strong emphasis on active care and education. Rather than focusing exclusively on what happens during an appointment, he helps patients understand their condition and develop strategies for improving strength, movement, and resilience outside of the clinic.

Nirvir Khosa
Nirvir Khosa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She has a particular passion for working with children, youth, and families, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and working through life’s challenges.
Nirvir brings experience from school and community mental health settings, including work with Foundry, Sources Family Connection Centre, and the Chilliwack School District. Through these roles, she has supported children and youth with a variety of emotional, behavioural, developmental, and mental health concerns, including working with neurodiverse children and students with additional support needs.
Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, ADHD and autism-related concerns, school-related stress, family conflict, life transitions, and parent-child relationship challenges. She also works with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and strategies to help them better understand and respond to their child’s emotional needs.
Nirvir draws from therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She adapts her approach according to each client’s age, experiences, needs, and therapeutic goals.
With an understanding of the role that family, culture, and identity can play in mental health, Nirvir provides culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming care. Harpriya Luther
Harpriya is a Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in 2015. Her clinical experience spans a broad age range, from young children to older adults, giving her experience adapting rehabilitation to different stages of life and levels of physical ability.
She has pursued additional training across several areas of physiotherapy, including dry needling, cupping therapy, K-Taping, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, female pelvic health, and the McKenzie Method for spinal conditions.
Harpriya combines hands-on techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation and education. She begins by assessing how a patient’s symptoms are affecting their movement and daily activities and then builds treatment around the findings of that assessment.
She has a particular interest in helping patients understand their condition rather than simply treating symptoms. Education, home strategies, and active participation are therefore important components of her rehabilitation plans.

Zahra Shahverdi
Zahra is an experienced Kinesiologist with a passion for health, movement, and exercise-based rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2014 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science, and has been working as a Kinesiologist for over a decade.
Zahra is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists and also holds a personal training certification through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of individuals, including those managing musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiac conditions.
Her experience also extends into community and hospital settings, where she has volunteered as an activity coordinator and worked with individuals recovering from stroke and those managing cardiac conditions. Kesar Uppal
Kesar Uppal is a Registered Massage Therapist with a particular interest in recovery, rehabilitation, and pain management. Wendy Wei
Wendy Wei is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist, and Herbalist based in Surrey, BC. She earned her diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from the PCU College of Holistic Medicine.
